How quickly will you reply?+
Within two business days, almost always sooner. If your message lands on a weekend or holiday I'll get back the next working morning.
What should I include in my message?+
A few lines on what you're hoping for, when (rough dates are fine), how many people, and any constraints. The more honest, the better the reply.
Is the first conversation free?+
Yes. Initial questions, scoping and a free 15-minute intro call (consulting) are always at no cost.
Do you take phone calls?+
I prefer to start in writing so we both have a clear record. After the first message we can move to a call, video or in-person meeting — whatever fits.
