Walks, workshops and consulting sessions are confirmed only after a written agreement (email is fine) and payment per the quoted terms. Unless agreed otherwise:
· Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: full refund.
· Cancellation 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
· Cancellation less than 72 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
· If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at your choice.
Outdoor walks run in light rain. In case of severe weather, public-transport strikes or government restrictions, we reschedule at no cost.
