Apartment Hunting Companion
I screen listings, decode Czech terms, join up to 3 viewings, and review the contract before you sign.
Czech rental contracts have small clauses with big consequences (kauce, výpovědní lhůta, OV vs družstvo). I read the listings, translate them, weed out the scams, sit beside you at viewings and review the contract before you sign. The goal is the apartment you actually want — not the one the landlord pushed.

Good questions, honest answers.
What's a typical kauce (deposit)?+
Two months' rent is standard, three is the legal max. Anything more is a red flag.
Can I trust agency provize fees?+
Sometimes. We separate fair (one month, paid by tenant) from inflated. Half the listings I screen out are agency double-dippers.
