What languages do you work in?

English and Turkish, fluently. Czech for everyday situations and paperwork support. Russian on request.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Free reschedule up to 48 hours before. Within 48 hours, half the fee covers the held time. Weather-related changes are always free.

Do you only work with travelers?

No — locals, expats and families settling in make up half of the bookings. The slow, honest pace is the same.

Do you handle the paperwork for me?

I prepare it with you so you understand what you're signing. For specific legal filings I work alongside vetted Czech lawyers and accountants — and you pay them directly, never through me.

Is there a commission on referrals?

No. ExploringPrague has zero commission deals with banks, agencies, schools or landlords. Every recommendation is based on what genuinely fits your case.

Can you work with my employer or HR team?

Yes. Corporate relocation packages are available — invoiced as B2B with tailored scope, written deliverables and bilingual reporting.

What if my situation changes mid-package?

Packages are designed to flex. Unused hours roll over for 6 months and the scope can be reshaped at any time without penalty.
